This Privacy Policy explains how Snowbie Platform Private Limited (“Snowbie”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit snowbie.in (the “Website”). It applies to this Website only. The Snowbie mobile app has its own privacy policy, which will be available in the app and on its store listing.

Information we collect

The Website is an informational site. It has no accounts, sign-up or contact forms, and we do not ask you for personal information.

• Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically receives technical data when your browser requests a page — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested and the date and time. This is used to deliver the Website, keep it secure and diagnose problems.
• Session storage. The Website stores a single value in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation is not replayed on every page. It contains no personal information and is deleted when you close the tab.
• Analytics. We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If we introduce privacy-friendly analytics in future, we will update this policy and the Cookie Policy first.

The Website links to app stores such as Google Play and Indus Appstore. When you follow those links, the other site’s own privacy policy applies.

Hosting logs are kept only for as long as needed for security and operational purposes and are then deleted by our providers. The Website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Children

The Website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us about personal data we hold about you and request its correction or erasure, and you may raise a grievance with us. Because the Website does not collect personal information beyond routine technical data, we will usually hold no data that identifies you.
